Black Spanish Rappers



I'm looking for a good recipe for cooking the zucchini thorny (Sechium edule) I have grown this year for the first time.

-Ingredients:
Zucchini 4 medium-sized spiny,
4 garlic cloves, 4 sprigs rosemary
